Important Notes about this Manual

Please keep the following important notes in mind while reading the user manual or using the software:

This application is an extensive IT suite offering a wide variety of software modules for many purposes. Because every customer can purchase only exactly those modules he requires for optimizing his business, this complete manual might describe software features not included in individual deliveries. We have refrained from deleting the chapters as there are functional references between the complete scope of modules which can only be understood in the corresponding context. Note that all modules not included in your individual delivery can be ordered as add-ons at any time.

The database features a great number of attributes which might or might not be required for an individual installation. The description of the master data tables and operational data thus may include data which is not displayed in your individual installation. Nevertheless, these can be activated or implemented upon subsequent order or expansion.

The screenshots displayed in this manual show an exemplary configuration and arrangement of available data. Please note that data selection and the order in which data is displayed can be individually configured for each user or user group by an accordingly authorised administrator. Thus, it is well possible that the arrangement you have in your installation differs in this respect.
