The Operative Software Modules

In the following chapters, the operative modules are described in detail. Those modules covering actual work processes – e.g. contract management, flight scheduling, service recording and billing – are called "operative" in this context. These modules use the basic data provided by the non-operative, so-called "master data" modules.
