The Table Contract -> Rollout Configurations
The table works very similar to the table Price Configurations, but instead of being used to set up rules for finding the price and/or discount percentages for a service, it is used to define when a service should be rolled out at all, in other words, when a service is relevant for calculation for a given contract.
Please note that, if no rollout configuration is set up for a service, that service will be rolled out, i.e. if this table stays empty, all services in Contract -> Contract Items will be rolled out. If a configuration is set up for a service though, that service will only be rolled out if the given conditions (under Rollout Configurations -> Rules) are met.
For a detailed description of the data fields please refer to chapter The Table Contract -> Price Configurations: Definition of price configurations for a contract.
The Table Contract -> Rollout Configurations -> Rules
This table is used to define the conditions for the applicability of rollout configurations.
For a detailed description of the available data fields please refer to chapter The Table Contract -> Contract Items -> Price Configurations -> Rules.
The Table Contract -> Rollout Configurations -> Contract Items
This table is used to define the contract items to which a certain rollout configuration applies.
Please note that, if a contract item is not marked as Active here, it does not mean this contract item will not be rolled out. It only means this rollout configuration doesn't apply to the item. If no rollout configuration applies to a contract item, that means that item will be rolled out.
For a detailed description of the available data fields please refer to chapter The Table Contract -> Price Configurations -> Contract Items.
