The Table Contract -> Surcharge/Discount Configurations

This table allows defining surcharges/discounts applicable to all services – this means also to special services rendered to the contractual party.

Following data is available:

  • Contract:

Displays the contract reference number

  • ID:*

Free definable ID of the configuration

  • No.:*

Free definable name of the configuration

  • Active:

Flag for activating or deactivating a configuration

  • ARR:

Set flag in case the configuration is applicable to a single-leg arrival

  • DEP:

Set flag in case the configuration is applicable to a single-leg departure

  • ROT:

Set flag in case the configuration is applicable to a Rotation

  • Parameter:*

Select the adequate parameter from the drop-down list.

  • Surcharge/Discount [%]:

Freely definable numerical value. For discounts set a minus sign.

  • Valid From/Until*:*

Start and end of the validity period of the configuration

  • Position:*

Position number. System will check all price configurations with the same parameter entry corresponding to the position definition. The entry with the highest position will be checked first, the one with the lowest at least. Free definable.

  • Remark:

Free definable comment field

  • Apply To:

Pull-down menu to select the services for which the surcharge/discount configurations are valid for (All Services, Contract Items or Special Services)

The Table Contract -> Surcharge/Discount Configurations -> Rules

This table is used to define the conditions for the applicability of Surcharge/Discount configurations.

The following data is available:

  • Surcharge/Discount Configuration ID:

Set automatically from the Surcharge/ Discount configuration

  • Surcharge/Discount Configuration Name:

Set automatically from the Surcharge/ Discount configuration

  • Rule:*

Select a rule for the application of the price configuration from the pull-down menu

  • Operation:*

Corresponding to the selected Rule and to the values to be entered select an operation from the pull-down menu. The list displayed is a pre-selection of possible entries in accordance to the rule.

  • Low/High Level:

Enter the values. E.g. B777300 (if Rule Aircraft Type) or TURN (if rule Handling Type). The entries correspond to the IDs in the master data.

  • Group:

By default all rules are building an AND condition. By entering different values (number) it is possible to build OR conditions.
