The Table Distribution Lists
The table Distribution Lists in the master data module Workflow is used to define the groups, which will then be available in the workflow configuration as groups for requesting comments, approvals or escalations. The assignment of users (and thus their email addresses) to these distribution lists groups is done in module Rights -> Users -> Distribution Lists.
The following data can be recorded for the definition of distribution lists:
