The Table Flights -> Contracts
This table shows the core data of all contracts which are assigned to an event. If necessary, it is also possible to assign additional contracts here.
Contracts for flight events are generally assigned automatically by CGen, a software module running in the background (see chapter Assignment of Contracts to Events). Nevertheless, it is also possible to manually assign contracts by adding a new data record (button ) and selecting the appropriate contract from the pull-down menu Name. Actual contract data cannot be edited because it is imported from fixed contracts which have been designed in the contract management module Contract.
In addition to the assignment of contracts, the main function in this table is the calculation of all standard contract services for the corresponding event. This is done by clicking the button Calculate Charges . After this has been done, the total Price is displayed and the Charge State is set to Calculated.

Name of the contract id. When assigning a new contract, a pull-down menu listing all available contracts for selection is listed here. |

Fields that show the period of validity for the contract. |

Remark for internal use only. In contrast to the entry under Remark, the Internal Remark is not printed out anywhere. |
