The Table Service Level Agreements -> Quality Items
This table lists all quality items which are included in a Service Level Agreement. In addition to offering a concise overview of the contents, contractual details for all quality items can be edited here.
In order to access the quality items for a specific SLA, mark its record in the table Service Level Agreements and switch to the table Service Level Agreements -> Quality Items. Here, all quality items contained in the SLA are listed and new ones can be added.

Marking defines that a quality item is to be printed out on worksheets for the operative staff (or optionally forwarded to mobile service registration devices). Note: Worksheets can be printed out in the operative module Service in order to instruct the operative apron staff. All quality items included in an appropriate SLA, which are marked as OPS, are included in the printout. |

Lists the unit the quality item is accounted in (e.g. litre, hour, minute etc.) as defined in the master data table Contract -> Quality Items |

Define the period of validity for a quality item. If no date is entered in the field Valid Until, the quality item is valid open-ended. Note that each of these fields is available twice in the Search panel to allow a search for a specific period. |
