The Table Flights -> Service Details

This table provides information about surcharges/discounts applicable to a contract with a "Basic Handling" price configuration.

Many contracts include a "Basic handling" price configuration, i.e. a contract part summing up a variety of selection of services which are always rendered for an aircraft handling. For this "Basic Handling", a total price is agreed which covers all these standard services.

In the contract management under Contract, it is also possible to define certain circumstances which might influence a price for a "Basic Handling", e.g. a surcharge for night operations, a credit for cancelled operations etc.

This table provides an overview of any price-influencing factors applicable to the "Basic Handling" of a flight. The table is purely for informational purposes and data cannot be edited. Please note that only "Basic Handling" standard services are reflected in this table. Any additional or special services are not covered by this information.

Most of the data displayed in the table is identical to the records of the table Contracts in the module Service. Thus, here only the most important information is listed:

  • Station:

Station to which this configuration applies; this column is only shown if you are logged in above station level.

  • Autoid:

An automatically assigned identification marker uniquely defining an event for software processing.

  • Charge Name:

Complete name of the service is displayed as defined in the contract.

  • Price:

Details of the price calculation.

  • Surcharge/Discount:

Calculated surcharge/discount. This is the actual surcharge/discount of the service.

  • Remark Surcharge/Discount:

Freely definable comment can be added in this field.
